Sformato di Ricotta Zucchine e Pancetta
SFORMATO DI RICOTTA, ZUCCHINE E PANCETTA
INGREDIENTI
250 gr Ricotta
1 zucchina grande
6 fette Pancetta Affumicata
3 cucchiai Parmigiano Reggiano
100 gr Pangrattato
Sale q.b.
2 cucchiai di Olio Extra-Vergine d’Oliva
3 uova
PREPARAZIONE
Questa ricetta è un secondo piatto molto gustoso e, soprattutto, veloce da preparare in caso di ospiti improvvisi.
Lavare e tagliare la zucchina in fette verticali e sottili.
In una padella anti-aderente, scaldate due cucchiai di olio extra-vergine d’oliva. Fate soffriggere le fette di zucchine e mettete su carta assorbente.
In una ciotola, unire le uova sbattute, la ricotta, il pangrattato e il Parmigiano Reggiano. Mescolare fino ad ottenere una miscela omogenea.
Rivestire con carta da forno uno stampo stretto e lungo e posate una fetta di zucchina, alternandola a una fetta di pancetta ricoprendo tutta la base dello stampo.
Versatevi sopra il composto e livellate bene.
Mettere in forno pre-riscaldato a 180°C per 15 minuti circa, fino a quando lo sformato sarà gonfio e dorato.
Fate raffreddare e capovolgetelo su un piatto di portata.
Servitelo sia caldo che freddo.
RICOTTA, ZUCCHINI AND BACON PIE
INGREDIENTS
250gr ricotta cheese
1 big and long zucchini
6 slices Smoked bacon
3 tablespoons Parmigiano Reggiano
100gr breadcrumbs
Salto to taste
2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
3 Eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
This recipe is extremely tasty and quick to cook … especially in case of last-minute meals!
Wash and cut the zucchini in vertical and long slices.
In a non-sticking pan, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté the slices of zucchini. After cooking, lay the slices on a sheet of kitchen paper. In a bowl, add the whisked eggs, ricotta, breadcrumbs and Parmigiano Reggiano until the mixture is homogeneous and smooth.
Cover a long and narrow baking tray with parchment paper and lay a slice of zucchini and a slice of bacon consecutively until the base of the tray is completely covered. Pour the mixture on it and level it out.
Bake it in a pre-heated over at 180°C for 15 minutes, until the pie is puffed up and golden.
Allow it to cool down and turn it upside down on a dish.
Serve it cold or warm.
